Friday Night With Ezara Sanders

Ezara’s soulful voice makes for a sound that is truly his own. He began his music career working for Coca Cola singing commercials where he received a music scholarship. While in college he had the opportunity to audition for Barry Manilow and sing background on his “One Voice” Tour.

After college he performed at numerous venues all over the South Florida area, eventually working with KC and the Sunshine band and UB40. He also has worked at Universal Studios in Orlando for Motown Records and was a member of the “Moments” working alongside The Temptations and Jermaine Jackson (of the Jackson 5).

He was soon signed as a songwriter and producer for Polygram Records for two years working with famed record producer Nick Martinelli. He has several original songs that have been recorded by recording artists, Jean Carne, “Fallen for You”, Jamariah, “Don’t Go Trippin’ Over Me” and “If Love Is What You’re Missing”, and also the cover of the hit “Sideshow”. He has performed with and opened for such recording artist as Michael McDonald (of the Doobie Brothers), Bruce Hornsby, Jefferey Osborne, Michael Bolton, Darius Rucker, and Clarence Clemmons (of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band). He has a vast repertoire ranging from today’s hits to Country Western, R&B, Jazz, Classic Rock.
